11th Annual Ruck4HIT

The 11th Annual Ruck4HIT, organized by Heroes in Transition, brought teams together for an unforgettable endurance challenge across Cape Cod. Participants completed a 200+ mile relay through all 15 towns, honoring veterans while raising awareness and support for those transitioning to civilian life.

Tieko Massage Therapy is incredibly proud to have been part of the 11th Annual Ruck4HIT. Supporting such a meaningful cause and standing alongside a community dedicated to helping veterans and their families made the experience truly special.

Pan-Mass Challenge

The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) is an annual bike-a-thon that brings thousands of cyclists, volunteers, and donors together to raise money for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Since 1980, the PMC has raised more than $1.1 billion for cancer research and patient care, with 100% of every dollar raised by riders going directly to Dana-Farber.

It’s more than a bike ride—it’s a powerful community united in the fight against cancer, bringing hope to patients and families everywhere.
